Accept online payments in the client portal
Connect a payment gateway so tenants pay invoices by card or Apple Pay from their phone.

Available from the Professional plan (OMR 89.00). Sign in to your agency to see whether your plan includes it.

agency.billing_settings.edit- Open Settings → Payments and choose your gateway. Enter the API keys from your gateway dashboard and the settlement bank account in Boyoti.
- Choose which invoice types can be paid online and whether to pass the gateway fee to the payer.
- Save and press Test — Boyoti runs a small test charge in the gateway's sandbox.
Tenants then see a Pay now button on invoices in the portal and in reminder messages (as a short payment link). Successful payments are recorded automatically with a receipt; failed attempts are logged on the invoice timeline.
Online payments are a separate plan feature; the gateway's own transaction fees apply.
