agency.contacts.portal_accessThe client portal lives on your subdomain (or custom domain) at /portal and is designed for phones and tablets. Clients sign in from the same universal login page as your staff — the “Client / Owner” tab — with email + password or a one-tap WhatsApp login link.

| Section | What the client can do |
|---|---|
| Home | Balance due, next payment, active lease summary, quick actions. |
| Invoices | See all invoices and receipts, download PDFs, pay online (if enabled). |
| Lease | Contract details and PDF, renewal offer when it is time, e-sign. |
| Maintenance | Report an issue with photos, follow progress, confirm completion and rate. |
| Documents | Files you have shared: IDs, contracts, NOCs, inspection reports. |
| Profile | Language, contact details, notification preferences, change password. |
Clients who are also owners see a switch at the top to jump to the owner portal with the same account.
Everything a client sees is read from the same records you manage — there is nothing separate to maintain.
