Terms of Service

1. Accounts and workspaces

Each Agency receives a dedicated workspace on a sub-domain of the Platform and may connect its own domain. The Agency is responsible for every user it invites, for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity in its workspace.

Agencies must provide accurate registration details and keep billing contacts up to date. We may suspend a workspace that was created with false information or that is used in breach of these terms.

2. Subscription, trial and billing

Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance in the plan currency shown at checkout. Prices displayed in other currencies are indicative conversions. A free trial, where offered, converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.

Usage beyond plan limits (for example messages, AI usage or storage) may be metered and billed as overage at the published unit price where the plan allows it, otherwise the feature pauses until the next cycle or an upgrade.

Invoices that remain unpaid after the grace period may lead to a reminder, a restricted (read-only) workspace and eventually suspension. Access is restored automatically once the balance is settled.

3. Agency content and client data

The Agency owns the data it uploads — properties, contacts, contracts, invoices, documents and messages. We process this data only to provide the service, under the Agency's instructions, as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Agency is the controller of its clients' personal data and must have a lawful basis for collecting it and for sending notifications through e-mail, WhatsApp or push. Messaging through third-party channels is also subject to those providers' policies.

The Agency may export its data at any time from the workspace settings. After termination we retain data for a limited period to allow export, then delete it.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Platform to send unsolicited messages, to store unlawful content, to infringe third-party rights, to probe or disrupt the service, or to resell it without written permission.

AI features generate suggestions from the data you provide. You remain responsible for reviewing AI output (listing copy, extracted document data, reconciliation suggestions) before relying on it.

5. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical. Support is provided by e-mail and through the in-app help.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by the Agency in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Changes and termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at the end of the current billing period. We may update these terms with reasonable notice; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
