Giving notice
On the lease press Record notice, choose who gave it and the vacate date. The lease stays active until then; the unit is shown as available from that date.
Terminating
- Press Terminate and set the effective date and reason.
- Boyoti lists the settlement: invoices after the date to void, the current period to prorate, early-termination penalty from the contract terms, and the deposit held.
- Adjust amounts if needed and confirm. Credit notes and the penalty invoice are created accordingly.
- Schedule the move-out inspection; deposit deductions from the inspection flow into the final statement.
Termination cannot be undone. If you only need to correct dates, edit the lease instead.
