Send a contract for electronic signature

Tenants sign on their phone; the signed PDF is stored with an audit trail.

E-sign contracts feature

Available from the Professional plan (OMR 89.00). Sign in to your agency to see whether your plan includes it.

  1. On a draft lease press Send for signature. Choose the signatories (tenant, guarantor, your authorised signatory) and the order if sequential.
  2. Each party receives a WhatsApp/email link in their language. They verify with a one-time code, review the bilingual contract and draw or type their signature.
  3. You can track who has opened and signed on the lease page, and resend or cancel.
  4. When everyone has signed, the lease activates, the signed PDF (with certificate page: names, times, IP, OTP) is attached, and copies are sent to all parties.

E-signature is a plan feature. Without it you can still print, sign on paper and upload the scanned contract.

Signatures are legally binding in most GCC jurisdictions for private contracts; for government-registered tenancies you may still need the official portal registration.
