Edit contract terms and clauses
Maintain bilingual clause templates per contract type and override them per lease.

Contract wording lives in Documents → Templates. Each template has an English and an Arabic body that mirror each other, with placeholders such as {{tenant.name}}, {{unit.number}} or {{lease.rent}} that are filled when the PDF is generated.
Editing the default template
- Open the template (e.g. “Residential lease”). The editor shows the two languages side by side.
- Edit clauses; insert placeholders from the side list so values are never typed by hand.
- Use the AI writer to improve wording, translate a clause to the other language, or add a clause (“add a pet policy clause”). Suggestions are proposals until you apply them.
- Press Preview to render a sample PDF, then Save. New leases use the new wording; existing leases keep theirs.
Per-lease overrides
In the lease wizard's Terms step you can edit clauses for that lease only, or add special conditions. The lease records which template version it was based on.
Keep a short “Special conditions” clause at the end of the template so agents have an obvious place for one-off agreements.
