The property Finance tab
Income, expenses, bills and net result per property — the basis of owner statements.
Requires permission
agency.properties.viewOpen any property and choose Finance. It shows, for the selected period:
- Collected rent — payments received against invoices of the property's units.
- Outstanding — issued but unpaid invoices and their ageing.
- Expenses — approved expenses booked to this property (repairs, cleaning, fees).
- Property bills — electricity, water, service charges paid on behalf of the owner.
- Management fee — your fee as configured on the owner or property.
- Net to owner — what the owner statement will show.
Each figure drills down to the underlying invoices, payments or expenses, so an accountant can audit a statement line by line.
Export the period as PDF or Excel from the top-right of the tab; the PDF uses your selected statement template.
