A PDF looks wrong or is missing data
Logo, Arabic text, missing fields, template choice — common PDF issues and fixes.

agency.settings.documents- Blank field like {{tenant.id_number}}: the record lacks that value — fill it on the contact/lease and press Regenerate PDF on the document.
- Old design: already-generated PDFs keep their original design; regenerate to apply a new template. Issued invoices regenerate with the same number.
- Logo blurry or missing: upload a PNG/SVG at least 600px wide in Settings → Branding.
- Arabic text misaligned: switch the layout in Settings → Templates — all layouts support Arabic, but “Compact” works best for long Arabic clauses.
- Contract text outdated: existing contracts intentionally keep the template version they were created with; create an addendum or regenerate from the lease if it is still a draft.
