My Excel import failed or imported wrong values
Fix column mapping, date and number formats, duplicates and required fields.

agency.units.import- Use the template: download the import template from the dialog — the headers map automatically.
- Dates: use YYYY-MM-DD or real Excel dates, not text like 1/2/2025 (ambiguous).
- Numbers: no currency symbols or thousands separators (write 45000, not AED 45,000).
- Required: unit code and property are mandatory; the preview highlights missing cells in red before anything is imported.
- Duplicates: a unit code that already exists is updated, not duplicated — unless you untick “Update existing” in the preview.
- Undo: every import is a batch; open Settings → Data → Imports and press Roll back within 24 hours to remove what it created.
