I can't see a menu item, button or page
Usually a permission or a plan feature — here is how to tell which and fix it.

agency.dashboard.view- Permission: Boyoti hides what you are not allowed to do. Ask an admin to check your role in Settings → Team → Roles. The article for each feature lists the permission it needs (the 🔒 line at the top).
- Plan: if the whole module is greyed with a lock icon, your plan does not include it. The article's plan badge shows which plans do; an Owner can upgrade in Settings → Plan.
- Scope: with “view” but not “view_all” you only see records assigned to you — the record exists but is filtered out.
- Cache: after a role change, reload the page once.
