Invite an owner to the owner portal

WhatsApp login link or emailed credentials; what owners can see once inside.

Owner portal feature

Available from the Basic plan (OMR 39.00). Sign in to your agency to see whether your plan includes it.

Open the owner and press Invite to portal.
Choose WhatsApp link or Email credentials and send.
The owner logs in from the “Client / Owner” tab of your login page and lands in a read-only portal scoped to their properties.

Inside, owners see occupancy, tenants and lease dates, invoices and collections, expenses and bills, maintenance on their units, documents you shared, and downloadable monthly statements. They can message you but cannot change any record.

If a person is both an owner and a tenant, one login serves both — a switcher in the portal header moves between the two.
