Contact roles, tags and blacklisting

You never set “tenant” or “buyer” by hand. Boyoti derives roles from relationships: a contact becomes a tenant when they are on an active lease, a buyer when on a sale contract, a guarantor when named as one. Roles appear as chips on the profile and as filters on the list.

Tags are free-form labels you define (VIP, corporate, referred-by-X). Add them on the profile; use them to filter lists and to target WhatsApp campaigns.

Blacklist marks a contact as not to be dealt with. Blacklisted contacts show a red banner, cannot be added to new leases or reservations, and are flagged in duplicate detection. Add a reason; it is visible only to users with view_sensitive.
