agency.reservations.create- On the unit (or from a lead) press Reserve. Pick the contact, type (rent or sale), booking fee and the expiry date.
- The unit status becomes Reserved and is hidden from the public listing. A booking receipt is issued when the fee is paid.
- Before expiry, press Convert to open the lease wizard or a sale contract pre-filled with the reservation; the fee is applied as the first payment.
- If the client withdraws, press Release — choose whether the fee is refunded, retained, or partly retained.
Expired reservations release the unit automatically and notify the agent; the fee stays as contact credit until decided.
