Agent commissions
Define commission rules per agent or deal, approve them and pay through payroll or directly.

agency.commissions.view- Rules (Settings → Sales): default % of agency fee for rent and sale deals, tiers by deal size, and per-agent overrides on the staff profile.
- On a deal: the commission is computed when the lease is activated / sale completed and appears under Sales → Commissions as Pending. Split between agents if needed.
- Approve (agency.commissions.approve) then Pay — either directly from an account or by adding it to the next payroll run as a bonus line.
Agents see their own commissions and their status in Staff → My payslips.
