agency.payroll.view- Design: Settings → Templates → Payslip — choose among several layouts and styles; shows company, employee, period, earnings, deductions, loans, leave balance and net in Arabic and English.
- Self-service: staff with a login open Staff → My HR → Payslips to view and download. They never see other people's data.
- Sending: on payment, a “salary paid” notification with the payslip is sent on the channels enabled in Settings → Notifications → Payroll & HR.
- Download / re-send: from any payslip row in the run.
