Convert a lead into a lease or reservation

Turn a won lead into a contact plus a lease draft or a sales reservation without retyping.

  1. Open the lead and press Convert.
  2. Boyoti creates (or links) the contact using the lead's details, with duplicate detection.
  3. Choose Lease to open a pre-filled new-lease form for the chosen unit, or Reservation for a sale.
  4. Complete the form; the lead is marked Won and linked to the resulting record so the source of the deal is reportable.

Converted leads keep their full timeline (messages, viewings, notes) on the contact's Activity tab.
