Send a campaign or bulk message
Message a filtered group of contacts — vacancy announcements, Eid greetings, policy changes.

agency.messages.campaigns- Messages → Campaigns → New campaign. Build the audience with filters: role (tenant/owner/lead), tag, property, lease status, language…
- Choose channels. For WhatsApp pick one of the approved marketing templates; for email write freely with the editor (AI can draft it).
- Preview per language, send a test to yourself, then Send now or schedule.
The campaign report shows delivered, read, replied and failed per channel. Replies land in the Inbox.
WhatsApp marketing messages count toward your quota and only go to contacts who have not opted out.
