Message templates and short links
How WhatsApp/email wording is managed, which variables you can use and why links are shortened.

WhatsApp requires every business-initiated message to use a template pre-approved by Meta. Boyoti ships approved bilingual templates for every event; you cannot change their structure, but you can choose which to use per event and your agency name, amounts, dates and links are filled automatically.
Links in WhatsApp templates are short Boyoti links (e.g. byt.li/x8K2) that redirect to the invoice, portal login or document. They are tracked so you can see who opened what, and they expire when the underlying item is no longer available.
Email wording is editable: Settings → Notifications → an event → Edit email. Use variables like {{contact.name}}, {{invoice.number}}, {{invoice.amount}}, {{lease.end_date}}, {{portal.link}} in both languages. A live preview is shown.
In-app & push
Short, fixed messages in both languages; the client's preferred language is used.
