WhatsApp

Boyoti sends WhatsApp messages from a verified platform business number using approved message templates in Arabic and English. There is nothing to install: enable the channel in Settings → Integrations → WhatsApp and choose the display name shown to clients. Replies from clients arrive in the Inbox and on the related contact.

WhatsApp messages are metered: your plan includes a monthly quota and extra messages are billed as overage. Trial accounts have a fixed cap.

Email

By default emails are sent from a Boyoti address with your agency name. To send from your own domain (e.g. billing@youragency.com), open Settings → Integrations → Email sender, enter the address, and add the DNS records shown (SPF, DKIM, return-path) at your domain registrar. Press Verify once they propagate.

A custom sender is a plan feature (email_sender). Until verified, emails continue from the default address so nothing is lost.

Per-client preferences

Each contact has a preferred language and channel preferences; notifications follow them. A client who has opted out of WhatsApp will still get email and portal notifications.
