Connect a custom domain
Serve your website and portals from www.youragency.com with automatic HTTPS.

Available from the Ultimate plan (OMR 189.00). Sign in to your agency to see whether your plan includes it.

agency.website.domainsYour site always works on your Boyoti subdomain. Adding a custom domain makes the same site, client portal and owner portal available on your own address; the subdomain keeps working as a fallback.
- Open Settings → Domain and enter the domain, e.g. www.youragency.com.
- Boyoti shows the DNS records to add at your registrar: a CNAME for www pointing to the address shown, and (optionally) an A/ALIAS record for the bare domain.
- Add the records at your DNS provider, then press Verify. Propagation can take from a few minutes to 24 hours.
- Once verified, an HTTPS certificate is issued automatically and the domain becomes active. Set it as primary so links in emails and PDFs use it.
If you use Cloudflare, set the record to “DNS only” (grey cloud) while verifying; you can enable the proxy afterwards.
