agency.ai_assistant.usePress the ✨ button in the top bar (or ⌘ J) to open the assistant. It knows which page you are on and can:
- Answer questions about your data: “Which leases expire next month?”, “How much did Marina Tower collect in Q1?” — answers come with links to the records.
- Draft a WhatsApp/email reply to a tenant, a notice, or a listing description.
- Summarise a long maintenance thread or a contact's history.
- Explain how to do something in Boyoti — it reads these help articles and answers with links.
Privacy & models
Your data is sent only for the request you make and is never used to train models. Boyoti selects the best model per task (Gemini for long documents and OCR, GPT/Claude for drafting) and keeps the response in your language.
AI usage is metered in tokens. Your plan includes a monthly allowance; extra usage is billed as overage. Trials have a fixed cap. See Settings → Plan → Usage.
