Understanding the dashboard

The dashboard is a daily briefing: what needs attention today and how the portfolio is doing this month.

• Attention: overdue invoices, cheques due this week, leases expiring in 60 days, open maintenance over SLA, pending approvals, tasks due today.
• Portfolio: occupancy %, units vacant, rent collected this month vs. invoiced, new leads.
• Charts: collections trend, occupancy trend, leads funnel.
• Personalise: press the ⚙ on the dashboard to hide cards or reorder; managers see agency-wide figures, agents see their own.
