The audit log

Who changed what and when — every create, edit, delete, void, login and export is recorded.

Requires permission agency.audit.view

Settings → Audit log lists every significant event with the user, time, IP, the record affected and a before/after diff of changed fields. Filter by user, module, action or date, and export to CSV.

Each record also has a History tab showing its own entries — handy when a tenant disputes a change to their invoice or lease.

Audit entries are immutable and retained for the lifetime of your account.
